The maple is especially delicious

The maple is especially tasty, no energy spike but 'slow' energy for an hour or two.

Too sweet and too runny

I do not find the taste and consistency of the product pleasant while exercising. The product is slightly too thin and far too sweet, making it difficult for my stomach to digest.

Absolutely not

Really not tasty

Hi Charlotte, I'm just curious to hear what your experience was. Did you find the gel too salty, too runny, or was it simply not your taste? Have you happened to try the Boost Energy Gels from Naak yet? They are very different; perhaps you could give those a try.

finally a gel that works

NAAK gets it! A gel that not only provides carbohydrates but also supplies electrolytes and the necessary BCAAs. The gel is easy to take without water and has a good sweet taste, with a hint of salt.
