I go on longer rides on my road bike and sweat a tremendous amount.

I go on longer rides on my road bike and sweat a huge amount. Ph1500 is perfect for this! 4 instead of 5 stars because I have experienced several times now that the contents of a sachet have crystallized (turned yellowish). No idea if that affects the performance.

No more fainting on long hikes.

This turns out to be the supplement for me to avoid fainting and/or cramps during strenuous exercise on bike rides lasting over 3 hours. Highly recommended, especially for endurance athletes who sweat out a lot of salt.

Electrolytes

I've tried everything; when you lose so much fluid—and consequently all kinds of salt and minerals—it is necessary to replenish while running. Salt sticks start acting up after consuming a few. You mix the 1000 and 1500 from Precision Hydration with your carbs or other sports drink. Still need to practice a bit in warm weather.
