How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Plenty of control on challenging terrain. The sole grips well on wet stones, mud, and loose ground, while the fit continues to feel snug and stable. You notice how secure the shoe remains, especially during technical descents and quick changes of direction.
Lightweight and efficient during ultra-long distances. The cushioning feels springy without becoming overly soft, allowing you to maintain your rhythm even after hours of running. This works especially well when fatigue starts to build in the second part of a long race.
A fit that can be adjusted on the go. The double lacing system allows you to adjust the forefoot and midfoot separately, handy during warm conditions or long climbs where feet swell. As a result, the shoe remains comfortable without becoming loose.
If you are primarily looking for comfort for quiet trails or wide forest paths, this is probably too technical. The T1 performs best when terrain and conditions become truly challenging.
