Description
Lots of light, spread wide. Eight LEDs behind a special lens give a wide beam that also lights up the sides of the trail. So you spot roots and rocks to the side sooner, especially on narrow mountain paths. On technical descents in the dark you notice how calmly you run when you can see where your feet land.
Built for tough conditions. The aluminium housing is waterproof to IP68 and survives a 2-metre drop. The included top strap keeps the lamp with its 18650 battery stable on your head, even when you run hard.
Enough for a whole night. On a middle setting you get through the night, and you swap the battery for a spare in seconds. You use the red light and the soft high-CRI light up close, for example at an aid station or in your tent.
If weight matters more than maximum light, choose a lighter lamp. Want to make the night as bright as possible? Then this is the one.

Why Nitecore?
Why Nitecore?
For a short evening run you want a lamp you barely feel, for a night in the mountains you want every bit of light there is. One brand that does both well is handy. That's exactly why we carry Nitecore at trrail.com.
Nitecore makes headlamps from ultralight to very powerful, plus power banks and batteries you take along on the go. Many lamps charge via USB-C and some also run on regular batteries when the battery is empty. So you choose the lamp that suits your runs.
For us, Nitecore is above all a practical choice: plenty of light for little weight, smart battery solutions and a lamp for every distance.
