Description

Small and light. The Smini weighs 53 grams, including headband and rear light. The lamp with band alone weighs 43 grams. You barely feel it while running and it easily fits in your vest as a backup lamp.

Smart light. Silva Intelligent Light combines a spot for further ahead with wide light for close up. On the highest setting it gives 250 lumens and reaches up to 80 metres. There's also a 100-lumen and a 10-lumen setting, plus red light to preserve your night vision.

Be seen. The red rear light has its own battery, shines steadily or flashes and is visible up to 1000 metres away. You clip it onto the headband, but also onto your jacket, backpack or vest. You charge both lights via USB-C. The lamp can handle heavy rain (IPX5).

According to Silva: 1.5 hours at 250 lumens, 2.5 hours at 100 lumens and 20 hours at 10 lumens. The rear light lasts 11 hours.

How do I charge the Smini?

Via USB-C. The lamp and the rear light each have their own battery. The rear light is full in about 3 hours.

Can I use the rear light separately?

Yes, you clip it onto your headband, jacket, backpack or vest. A Velcro strap or band for a bike frame, for example, is not included.

Can the Smini handle rain?

Yes, it's IPX5: resistant to heavy rain. It's not meant to be held underwater.
