How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

Comfortable for long trail days. The Norvan LD 4 provides ample room in the front while holding the midfoot firmly. This helps limit pressure and sliding as the mileage adds up.
Grip on both soft and hard surfaces. The tread sheds mud relatively easily while providing control on rocks, roots, and compacted paths. You particularly notice the combination of cushioning, stability, and secure foot fixation during long descents and when your legs tire.
Built for varied trails. The upper is breathable and features extra protection in wear-prone zones, making the shoe a good fit for training and long, adventurous runs. Thanks to the versatile grip, you won't need to switch shoes as often between wet forest floor and rockier terrain.
Choose these for long, varied trail runs. Arc'teryx recommends trying a half size smaller with this roomy fit.
