Description

Light and easy to drink during exercise. PH 500 is intended for athletes who want to keep their hydration in order without a heavy Sports drink to use. The taste remains mild, even during long training sessions or warm conditions.

Suitable for daily endurance sports. This ElectrolytesMix works well during running, cycling, and triathlon when you sweat regularly but do not experience extreme salt loss. Especially during easy to moderate-intensity sessions, it supports a more stable sense of hydration along the way.

Practical during prolonged exertion. You notice the effect especially when the temperature rises or when you normally start to lose freshness and concentration due to fluid loss. Because the drink remains relatively light, it is easier to drink enough.

Are you hesitating between PH 500 and stronger ElectrolytesMixes? Choose this if you are primarily looking for basic hydration without a high salt intake.
