A bar for when you're tired of gel. The Solid is made from oats and rice and feels soft and chewable. As a result, you eat it without reluctance even after a few hours. You can easily take it out of your jacket and don't need a knife or packaging hassle.

You notice it especially when fatigue sets in and everything starts to taste sweet. During a long race in the Alps or on the Veluwe, a bar is a welcome alternative to gel. You can easily divide the two mini-bars: eat one on an easy stretch or on a climb and save the other for later. That way, you keep your intake better under control.

The bar has a light texture and contains few fibers. This makes it easier on the stomach than many other bars. You do need water with it, however, as it remains a dry and chewable product.

Nice, good bar holds up well in warm temperatures.

Nice, good bar; stays good in warm temperatures and isn't a sticky mess. Easy to eat without a sticky mouth, and also easy to use during intense exertion! Highly recommended!
