You notice the difference in the final kilometers: where a loose shirt gets wet and starts to stick or chafe, this top stays light and comfortable. If you get warm, unzip it from the top or bottom for extra ventilation.

If in doubt, look at what you need to bring. There is only a pocket for your phone at the back of the neck, so for gels you need a belt or shorts with pockets.
