At Spanish brand Buff, almost all products are one size. For example, the neck warmers, which we often call a "Buff," are available in one size, except for children's models. Buff does use two sizes for its caps. You can find out which one you need in the size chart below.
It's best to measure your head with a tape measure around the thickest point. Don't hold it too tight.

The light compression around the arch of the foot provides extra support when you become fatigued on unpaved terrain or during long stretches of asphalt. The Cushioning remains subtle and does not make the sock bulky or thick in the shoe.

This quarter sock works especially well during chilly mornings, wet forest paths, or long training sessions in spring and autumn. The flat seams help prevent irritation when you are on the go for hours.
If you are torn between thin and comfortable, this one sits exactly in between.
