Description

A knee-high toe sock with graduated compression. The 15–20 mmHg pressure is strongest at your ankle and decreases towards your knee. Injinji made it for long runs, recovery after hard sessions and long days on your feet or on a plane.

Every toe in its own sleeve. That stops skin rubbing on skin, so you're less likely to get blisters. You notice it most on long distances, when your feet get warm and damp.

A grippy footbed and breathable mesh. The footbed helps keep your foot stable in the shoe, while mesh panels let heat escape.

Choose this sock if you like wearing compression. Want a high sock without compression? Go for the Trail Over the Calf.

Why Injinji?

OK, toe socks may look a bit odd. But on a long trail they can be genuinely brilliant.

With Injinji every toe is wrapped separately. That lets your toes move naturally and stops them constantly rubbing against each other – exactly the spot where annoying blisters can form after a few hours. Especially if some sand gets into your shoes too.

Especially for long distances and ultras we think Injinji is a very strong choice. And yes, putting them on takes ten seconds longer. But if that keeps you comfortable for hours longer, we think that's a fair deal.

Frequently asked questions

How strong is the compression?

Injinji specifies 15–20 mmHg, graduated from ankle to knee: the pressure is strongest at your ankle.

When do you wear this sock?

During long runs, after a hard session for recovery, or on long trips and days spent on your feet.

How do I put on toe socks easily?

Pull the sock halfway on, slide each toe into its own sleeve and only then pull it up over your heel. After a few times it becomes second nature. Try them on a short run before using them on a long trail.

How do I wash these socks?

Injinji recommends a delicate cycle in cold water and line drying. That keeps the toe sleeves and cushioning in shape for longer.

Great!!

I've only tried them once but I immediately felt the benefits of the compression. Plus, it was my first time trying toe socks, and I have to say I'm super satisfied. Extremely comfortable and, above all, goodbye blisters
