Description

A waterproof sock that sits around your foot as an extra layer. Between the outer fabric and the lining sits an MP+ membrane that blocks water and lets vapour through. It is thicker than a regular running sock and feels warm.

Made for wet and cold conditions. Think of soaked forest trails in winter, a run through puddles and mud, or snow on the heath. A compression zone on and under the foot keeps the sock in place.

You feel the difference after the first puddle. Where a regular sock instantly turns cold and wet, your feet stay dry and warm here, even when your shoes are full of water. If water runs over the top of the sock, it no longer helps.

Not sure? Choose this sock for cold, wet runs. In warm weather or a snug shoe it is too thick and too warm.

How does a waterproof sock work?

Between the outer fabric and the lining sits a 10,000 mm MP+ membrane. It blocks water from outside and lets sweat escape as vapour.

Does the sock fit in my regular trail shoe?

Usually yes, but the sock is thicker than a normal running sock. If your shoe is already snug, try it with the sock on first.

Do my feet stay dry when I run through deep water?

Only as long as the water stays below the top of the sock. Above that, water runs in.

How do I wash the socks?

At a maximum of 30 °C on a gentle cycle, with liquid detergent and no fabric softener. Only wash them when needed.
