Description

Room and comfort for long distances. The Ultra Glide 4 Wide is the wide version of Salomon's most comfortable trail shoe. Your foot gets more room, so it doesn't start to pinch even after hours of running.

Soft and smooth when you get tired. The thick midsole absorbs every landing and the wavy shape of the outsole spreads the pressure under your foot. You notice it most in the second half of a long run, when your legs get heavier.

Grip on changing surfaces. The All-Terrain Contagrip outsole with 4 mm lugs holds on dry, wet, hard and loose trails. The airy upper keeps your feet cooler on warm days.

Choose it for long trail runs and ultras if you have wide feet. If you mostly run technical terrain, a more direct shoe is a better fit.
