How do you measure your foot:
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark on the paper where you longest toe ends. Usually the big toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters.
- Add 1-1.5 cm to this so that you have enough room.
- Use the size chart above to determine your size.
Tip: always measure both feet. There may be a difference.

If you are looking for a neutral shoe with plenty of toe room and a zero-drop feel, the Torin 9 is a logical choice. If you are not used to zero drop or prefer a shoe with a higher heel, a traditional model is probably a better choice.
