At Spanish brand Buff, almost all products are one size. For example, the neck warmers, which we often call a "Buff," are available in one size, except for children's models. Buff does use two sizes for its caps. You can find out which one you need in the size chart below.
It's best to measure your head with a tape measure around the thickest point. Don't hold it too tight.

A practical extra layer for on the go. You wear the BUFF Neckwear UTMB Edition as Neck gaiter, headband, hat, or light face protection depending on the weather and the situation. This makes it easy to use during training, hikes, and travel without taking up extra space.
Comfortable during prolonged exertion. The stretchy, seamless fabric hardly chafes and remains comfortable even when you move a lot or sweat. You will notice how quickly you can adjust the protection, especially during windy mountain passes, cool mornings, or sunny climbs.
Made for varying conditions on the trail. The lightweight fabric blocks cold wind slightly without becoming stuffy during higher exertion. At the same time, the UV protection helps during long sunny days in open terrain or high mountains.
If you are looking for a thick winter buff for really cold conditions, this version will probably feel too light.
