Description

Clean water straight from your bottle. The filter cap removes bacteria and parasitic cysts from natural water. You screw it onto a bottle or bag with a 42 mm thread, such as the HydraPak Seeker and Flux.

Practical on remote routes. You drink through the cap or squeeze filtered water into another bottle. The dust cover and high-flow nozzle keep your drinking point clean and allow one-handed drinking.

You notice it at a stream or spring without any drinking water supply, where you would otherwise have to gamble on carrying enough water. Do keep the filter out of freezing temperatures: freezing can damage it.

What does the Filter Cap filter?

The hollow fibre filter removes bacteria such as E. coli (99.999%) and parasitic cysts (99.9999%) from the water, according to HSF 42.

What if it freezes?
