The Fit is spacious and fits me just right. Thanks to the double LacesWith this system, you can adjust the shoe very personally. I adjusted the lower part properly once and didn't have to touch it again. Moreover, the shoe feels surprisingly light for the amount Cushioning which he offers.

Short answer: the Cushioning offers a nice balance between comfort and responsiveness, without the shoe feeling heavy or clunky.
The LightCELL™-Midsole gives the responsiveness of a shoe with a lower stack, but with the Cushioning of a max-stack shoe. The H1 is surprisingly light for the amount Cushioning that he offers. For me, it is a shoe made to cover many kilometers.
+A lot of Cushioning without a heavy feeling
+Responsive, even over long distances
–Less suitable if you have little Cushioning searches
–Less suitable if you want a strong ground feel

Short answer: the shallow Lugs offer surprisingly good grip and the Outsole remains good even after many kilometers.
The Outsole has relatively shallow Lugs, but offers very good grip for me. The sole holds up well even with daily use. After about 600 kilometers, I decided to equip the shoe with a Vibram Litebase sole. That made the H1 the perfect mountaineering boot for me, which I even used while scrambling in the Norwegian mountains.
+Good grip despite shallow Lugs
+Wear-resistant Outsole
–Less suitable for deep mud
–Less suitable for technical mountain terrain

For me, the H1 is an incredibly versatile shoe that really comes into its own on Dutch trails. The spacious, adjustable Fit, good Cushioning and the low weight make it ideal for long distances. The shallow Lugs They offer surprisingly good grip and hold up well even after many kilometers. From asphalt and gravel to the trails in the Netherlands: this is a shoe I keep coming back to. Even after more than 2,100 kilometers, the H1 remains my favorite shoe of 2026. If I could only choose one shoe, it would be the H1.
