Description

A knitted beanie that's fully waterproof. Between the knitted outer and the soft micro-fleece lining sits Sealskinz's Aquasealz membrane: it keeps rain out but lets heat and sweat escape.

Made for really cold and wet weather: wintry trails, long runs in the rain or a day in the mountains. You notice the difference most after an hour of drizzle or sleet, when a regular beanie gets soaked and cold while this one stays dry.

In doubt? Choose the Stoke if you often run in wet and cold weather or also wear it for winter sports. If you mostly run in dry conditions and at speed, a light fleece beanie or headband is more comfortable: with its membrane and lining, this beanie is warmer and less airy.

Isn't this beanie too warm to run in?

In cold, wind and rain it's just right. During fast sessions or above 5 to 10 degrees it quickly gets too warm; a lighter beanie or headband is more comfortable then.

How do I wash the beanie?

Wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean.
